My good friend Juli of Pandemonium Noshery and I have been bonding about our enjoy of worldwide frugal cooking (between other items) for a couple years by now, and I’ve shared a few of her recipes below by now. 1 very long pepper, sliced, or other non spicy pepper, diced
1 handful parsley, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1-2 cloves garlic, grated
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash black pepper

Optional extras

Grated or minced difficult cheese
Challenging-boiled eggs
Diced, healed, meats
Flaked Tuna


1. Go over the carrots with water and microwave for 1 minute or simmer until finally a bit tender but not entirely delicate.

2. Whisk alongside one another the olive oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper.
